Welcome to Hull Hot Yoga & Fitness Studio

Welcome to Hull Hot Yoga & Fitness Studio, located in the West Hull Village of Anlaby Common! We are the only Authentic, Original and Dedicated Bikram Yoga Studio in Hull. Our studio is proudly owned and directed by Michelle, a Senior Bikram Yoga Certified Instructor. Michelle brings over 15 years of committed practice and full-time teaching to the studio, offering our community a wealth of experience and expertise in Bikram Yoga, Pilates, Fitness, meditation and more.

Alongside our acclaimed Bikram Yoga classes, Hull Yoga provides the ULTRA Bespoke Personal Training and Nutrition Programme, overseen by Coach Ede. Michelle and Ede work together to ensure you have access to dedicated, full-time professional coaches. Their combined objective is to support you in transforming your life safely and effectively, both during your yoga practice, athletic performance and beyond.

I’ve been practising Bikram yoga for about 4 years now, usually a couple of times a week. A Bikram class is one of the few times that I can mentally focus just on myself. It truly is a 90 minute (active) meditation and for someone with a constantly busy mind, I love that I can come out of a class having sweated and worked hard for 90 minutes!

I have attended all of Michelle’s classes – Bikram, Yin, Kettlebells, Pilates, Circuits. I truly enjoy the variety and have to say that there are benefits to variation. Kettlebells, Pilates and Circuits build stamina and your strength in Bikram. I have become more aware of my muscle groups and truly find that mind body connection in Bikram.

I started attending Hull Hot Yoga through a MacMillan Yoga course, Michelle was really welcoming and explained everything well. As I grew in strength and confidence, I booked one to one PT sessions which came with Bikram Hot Yoga classes. When Michelle felt I had reached a level in my PT sessions that was consistent with her group classes, she encouraged me to progress and I now attend the Inferno Body Blast and Bikram Yoga!

I first met Michelle back in late 2022. I immediately booked a class, this lady is amazing, I was in severe pain when I attended my first session but the heat and meditation (Breathing) helped me emotionally and mentally control how I react to my pain. The stretching and shapes help relax and lengthen my muscles giving me added pain relief.
